The registration starts on April 4th. The deadline for the registration is the end of April (30th).

In case you have difficulty to come for the whole month for some serious reason (e.g. exams), please contact us on ssis@uhk.cz. In these cases it is possible to join the SSIS for shorter time.

Please, check the programme and modules you are interested in before filling in the form.

We also need to know some personal information in order to prepare the contract according to the rules of the grants. Please, be aware of this fact. Your personal data will be used only for the purpose of the Summer School of Interdisciplinary Studies - preparing the contract for the participant and ordering the plane ticket.

Once we receive the registration data, we will prepare the contract for you within 14 days and we will send it to you via e-mail.

You will sign the contract and then you will send the scan of the contract (by May 6th) to us. 

Based on the information given in the contract we will arrange and order the flight ticket for you and will send it to you via email.

We will also arrange the transport from the Prague Airport to Hradec Králové and back for you.
